Groceries - Week 1

Groceries:

Fruits:
  • Apples

  • Green Leafs (Spinach, Basil etc)
  • Lettuce
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • Artichoke

  • Peppers
  • String beans
  • Okra
Others:
  • Yogurt (Organic, Fat free)
  • Honey
  • Nuts (Unsalted, Not Fried)
  • Whole grain Bread
  • Lentils
  • Kidney Beans
This is the list that provides the right balance of everything that we need. I'll post recipes in a little bit. Please come forward with ideas for the logistics for lunch and snacks at work. Let's discuss and finalize that part ASAP.
