Welcome to our Detox Blog!
We have gotten around to taking the first step to that cleansing routine. It's the perfect time to do the detox. What a great note to start this summer!
At this stage we are going to put together all the information that we need in this blog. We are going to consolidate a bunch of different detox programs (liver, kidney and colon). And we'll also add some diets and exercises for other things like great skin, vision etc. We can also include meditation and yoga for a mind/body roundup.
Please share your opinions freely, that's what this blog is for. People on the team now:

Our goal right now is to start on the on 5/11. This is the perfect time to stop binging on those beers, burritos and pizzas (you Kaushik!). Eat a lot of fiber, if you must drink this week, try to keep it to red wine. We'll layout a specific diet soon.

ReplyDeleteWhats the verdict on drinking coffee? It's just water runoff with bean juice in it...
ReplyDeletecoffee is a stimulant.. It is not natural for the heart to start pumping at a higher rate so quickly and it's a stimulant for the digestive system. I will post some references. We'll have to switch to herbal tea :)
